Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh bagel rings
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • ½ cup fresh microgreens (arugula, radish, or sunflower sprouts)
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
