I was born into farming literally. As the fourth child of hard working farmers in the UK, my childhood was defined by long days, dirt-streaked hands, and the hum of hard work. Life on the farm was no 9-to-5. It was sunrise to sunset, every season, every year. I’d watch my parents battle the elements, pour their energy into the soil, and transform tiny seeds into life-sustaining crops.
Those early years taught me that real food fresh, vibrant, and alive has the power to nourish more than just the body. It fuels the soul.
Fifteen years ago, I moved to the USA, carrying that love of fresh food with me. But I noticed something missing many people were disconnected from their food.
