Shipping Policy

Where we ship:

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm the options available for your order.

Shipping options:

Lower 48 states:

• Economy: free on orders of $50 or more, with an estimated delivery window of 5–8 business days.
• Standard: $7.95.
• Priority: rates start at $12.95 and rise with shipment weight.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses:

• Standard: rates start at $12.95 and rise with shipment weight.
• Priority: rates start at $17.95 and rise with shipment weight.
• Free shipping is not available to these locations.

Available services and final charges are shown before you place your order. Delivery estimates can vary by location and carrier conditions.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after noon Pacific Time, on a weekend or on a holiday are processed the next business day.

Tracking your order

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact our team within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
