ZestiGreens Limited Lifetime Warranty — Terms

What's covered. The reusable hardware in your kit — mason jars, sprouting lids and screens, stainless steel stand, drain tray, blackout sleeves and green onion regrower — against defects in materials and workmanship.

What "lifetime" means. The useful life of the part in normal home use, for as long as you own the kit. Not your lifetime. No expiry date.

What's not covered. Seeds and other consumables. Breakage after delivery. Dishwasher, boiling water, oven, microwave or freezer damage. Normal wear such as scratches, staining and softening mesh. Rust from not drying parts. Misuse or modification. Growing results such as mold or germination rate (Covered under Seed Warranty). Kits bought from unauthorized sellers. Transit damage, which your retailer's returns cover.

Who's covered. The original purchaser, in the 50 US states and DC, who registers within 30 days of purchase. Not transferable.

What we'll do. Send a free replacement part, or replace the kit if the part isn't sold separately, or refund it if it's discontinued — our choice. We pay US shipping and you don't send anything back.

Making a claim. Email wecare@zestigreens.com with your registered address and a photo of the part. We reply within 2 business days.

Your rights. We're not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Equipment only, not the sprouts you grow. Effective September 2026.
