Grow sprouts
in tiered trays.

Instructions for the four-growing-tray version. For other tray counts, follow the guide supplied with your kit.

Easy Rinsing Sprouting Kit

Use the guide supplied with your current kit and seed variety if it differs from these instructions.

  1. Rinse and assemble

    Rinse all trays before use. Place the drain tray at the bottom, stack the four growing trays above it and place the water tray on top. Keep the system level.

  2. Add the seeds

    Sprinkle about one teaspoon of sprouting seed into each growing tray, spreading seeds evenly.

  3. Water and drain

    Add one cup of fresh, room-temperature water to the top tray 2–3 times daily. Empty the bottom drain tray before adding more water.

  4. Cover and check

    Use the blackout cover as directed during germination. Check that water drains through the trays and follow your seed variety’s growing instructions.

  5. Harvest

    Harvest when your chosen seed variety reaches its recommended stage. Timing varies by variety and conditions. Clean and dry the system before your next grow.
