No problem! Here is the quick info: Soak one packet of seeds in .5 cup of water. Place 1 hemp mat, white side down, over the insert so that the hemp mat is tucked down into the tray at both ends. Pour 2.5 cups of water all over the hemp mat. Pour the water and seeds onto the hemp mat and spread out the seeds as evenly as possible. Cover with the black out lid for 3 days. After the 3 days, uncover the black out lid and place in area where there is either natural light or overhead lighting. We like to put ours on our kitchen countertops which get light from a window but does not have direct sunlight. After 4 - 7 days, depending on the variety, your microgreens will be ready! Cut close to the mat for optimum amount of microgreens.

While technically you could reuse the hemp mats, if you pulled out all the roots and then sterilized the mat, it is best to use a clean mat every time. The hemp mats biodegrade faster than coir mats or jute mats and can be thrown in your compost bin or used as a top soil protector on your outdoor plants.
