Stainless Steel Sprouts Growing Kit

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GROWING YOUR SPROUTS
IN YOUR NEW STAINLESS STEEL SPROUTER

 

Soak the Seeds: Place 1-2 tablespoons of sprouting seeds (like alfalfa, broccoli, or mung beans) in the sprouter. Cover with water and let them soak for 6-8 hours (or overnight).

Drain and Rinse: After soaking, rinse the seeds thoroughly with fresh water, then drain again.

Start Sprouting: Place the sprouter in a well-ventilated spot away from direct sunlight. Repeat the rinse and drain process twice daily (morning and evening) to keep seeds moist.

Grow: After 4-6 days, the sprouts should be ready. They'll grow longer and turn green as they’re exposed to indirect light.

Harvest: Once the sprouts have reached the desired length (usually 1-2 inches), rinse them one final time, drain well, and enjoy.

Store: Any extra sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
